A little presentation about me
Hello,
I’m Irene Carpentieri, a 22-year-old student currently in my first year of the master’s program in Marketing at Luiss University. I would like to share a bit about my life, work experiences, and personality to present myself in the best way possible.
I was born in Rome, where I graduated last year with a degree in Business Administration from La Sapienza. It was there that I discovered my passion for Marketing, which led me to choose it both as the topic of my thesis and as the focus of my further studies. Specifically, my thesis explored the Metaverse, as I have always been interested in technology and its application in everyday experiences.
I consider myself a curious person who loves to experiment with new solutions in the workplace. I am highly determined and open to any suggestions or constructive criticism that can improve my work. When I set a goal, I do everything to achieve it, and I strive to learn my tasks quickly, without sacrificing care and attention to detail.
Work Experience
For about a year, I worked as a waitress. It was one of my first jobs and it allowed me to develop essential skills in interacting with the public, as well as to understand the importance of commitment and professionalism required in such work contexts. This experience provided me with a set of transferable skills, including the ability to operate effectively in fast-paced environments, manage time efficiently, be quick and autonomous, as well as enhance my organizational and coordination skills and my customer orientation. I am confident that these skills will be valuable in any future career path
Recently, I have undertaken multiple roles as a hostess and promoter, which have also allowed me to start delving into corporate environments. Indeed, I have frequently worked for events organized by prominent brands, gaining firsthand insight into their organization and implementation. Within this context as well, I have acquired valuable knowledge and skills that I am confident will serve me well in my future career
